PLAY QURYOS+
QURYOS+ is a complete 30-day paid game experience delivered through Instagram DM.
One payment unlocks your 30 days of access. There is no automatic renewal.
Your experience begins with a short assessment designed to establish your starting Q-SCORE and identify your strongest game category.
During your 30 days, play across different QURYOS+ game formats while building your Q-SCORE, streaks, badges and player record.
You can also compare your performance with other QURYOS+ players through the daily leaderboard.
QURYOS+ is played for entertainment, challenge and progression. It does not offer cash or airtime prizes.
GAME TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW QURYOS WORKS
QURYOS is operated by TMBYM MEDIA in Nigeria.
All questions, payment issues and participation enquiries should be sent through the official QURYOS Instagram account.
QURYOS offers free games available on the official Instagram feed and a separate paid 30-day game experience called QURYOS+, delivered through Instagram DM.
Anyone may play the games available publicly on the QURYOS feed. Finding answers, commenting or completing a free game does not give access to QURYOS+.
QURYOS+ includes a starting assessment, members-only games, assessment scores, badges, saved player records, daily leaderboard updates and other features forming part of the purchased 30-day experience.
QURYOS+ is provided for entertainment, challenge and player progression only. Paid games do not offer cash prizes, airtime rewards or any financial return.
ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years old to access QURYOS+.
QURYOS+ may be purchased from outside Nigeria where payment is supported.
QURYOS may request reasonable information needed to confirm age, location, account ownership or eligibility where necessary.
FREE FEED GAMES
Games available on the official QURYOS Instagram feed are free to play.
No payment is required to view a free game, solve it, comment an answer or participate publicly.
Comments may trigger an automated QURYOS DM containing game information or QURYOS+ access information.
Commenting, finding words, submitting correct answers, liking a post or completing a free game does not by itself earn or qualify a player to receive any reward.
Free feed games do not include QURYOS+ tracking, badges, saved player records or QURYOS+ leaderboard rankings.
QURYOS+ ACCESS
QURYOS+ is a paid 30-day game experience. Access requires one payment through an official QURYOS payment link.
Each purchase unlocks one complete QURYOS+ experience for a period of 30 days.
The 30-day access period begins when QURYOS+ access is activated for the purchasing player following payment confirmation.
QURYOS+ does not renew automatically and no recurring payment is charged at the end of the 30-day access period.
When the 30-day period ends, access to that QURYOS+ experience and its active game features ends.
Any future QURYOS+ experience or additional access may be offered separately and is not included automatically with the original purchase.
QURYOS+ access is personal to the purchasing player and must not be transferred, shared, resold or used across multiple unauthorised accounts.
QURYOS will never request passwords, OTPs, BVN, PINs, account login details or other sensitive financial information through Instagram DM.
PLAYER HISTORY
QURYOS+ provides players with a personal record of games they successfully complete during their active access period.
Player History may group completed games by QURYOS+ game category, including Word Clues, Word Building and Word Connections.
A completion is recorded when a player successfully reaches the end of an applicable game. Unfinished games, missed questions and restart attempts are not counted as completed games.
If a player successfully completes the same game more than once, each successful completion may be added to their Player History.
Player History is provided for personal reference and entertainment only. It is not a leaderboard and does not compare or rank players against one another.
Player History does not create any entitlement to cash, airtime, prizes, rewards or financial benefit
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All QURYOS+ purchases are final once payment has been confirmed.
QURYOS does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to begin or complete the experience, missed games, inactivity, loss of interest or partial use of the 30-day access period.
The 30-day access period will continue to run from the date QURYOS+ access is activated whether or not the player chooses to participate during that period.
Players are responsible for providing the correct Instagram account and any other information required to activate their QURYOS+ access.
Where a payment has been duplicated, access cannot be provided because of an error attributable to QURYOS, or another remedy is required under applicable law, the player should contact QURYOS through the official Instagram account for resolution.
Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
GENERAL TERMS
By participating in any QURYOS free game or QURYOS+ experience, participants agree to follow the applicable rules stated on QURYOS posts, website pages, DM flows and other official QURYOS channels.
QURYOS may update future free games, future QURYOS+ experiences, features, scoring systems and participation rules.
Material changes affecting a QURYOS+ experience already purchased will not normally reduce the access or core experience purchased by the player, except where a change is reasonably required because of fraud, abuse, law, security, platform failure or a technical problem outside QURYOS control.
Participants must act fairly. Spam, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, impersonation, manipulation, harassment, unauthorised sharing of paid content or any attempt to abuse the QURYOS system may lead to loss of access.
QURYOS decisions concerning access, eligibility, game results, Q- SCORE calculations, streaks, badges, leaderboard rankings are final, subject to any rights available to participants under applicable law.
QURYOS is not responsible for Instagram outages, DM delays, internet issues, payment-processing delays, incorrect participant details, missed notifications or technical errors outside its reasonable control.
QURYOS uses independent third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, ManyChat and Paystack. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability, and their use does not mean that they sponsor or endorse QURYOS.
Purchasing QURYOS+ does not guarantee or create any entitlement to airtime, cash, prizes, rewards or financial return.
